Fourth of July Report

We had a good time this last weekend.


~ On Thursday, we went to Mamaw Linda and Papaw Ron’s house. Had a great time playing and shooting off fireworks.

~ On Friday, we went to Mamaw Kathy and Papaw Bob’s camper at Lake Melissa. The girls used their new fishing poles for the first time. They caught on quickly to casting. Though, when it came to actual fishing they could care less.

~ On Saturday, we were hoping to go see the fireworks in my hometown, but they were cancelled due to the continuous rain. Instead, we went to Mamaw Linda’s again and ordered pizza.

~ On Sunday, we met Mamaw Linda, “aunt” Alicia, “uncle” James, Sierra, Savannah (sp?), at the hometown fireworks celebration. Later Papaw Ron and Uncle Chad showed up. The girls loved the fireworks, but I think they enjoyed all of the friends they met around us.

Oh, I should mention that these were all midnight ending nights. So, we skipped everything that should come at the end of the day. Today is a must to catch up.
