The girls had a great time meeting characters. They met Donald, Tigger, Pooh, Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Princess Belle (Beauty and the Beast), and briefly met Snow White. Below is a picture of the girls with Aurora and Belle.
Once we found out that Snow White wasn't going to be available to meet today and was only going to be in the evening Spectromagic parade, cousin Tabitha used her contacts (thanks Candace!) and hooked us up! They told Snow White where we were going to be in the crowd arranged for Snow White to come say hello to the girls (especially Madison since Snow White is her favorite). I got all choked up when Snow White came up to the girls, said hello, gave Madison a great big hug and a big red lipstick kiss on the forehead...too precious! It all happened so fast that I didn't get great pictures of it, but you can see Snow white in the picture below hugging Madison and then the lipstick kiss is the next picture.
The girls also got their faced painted (thanks Tabitha!). Madison chose a design called Princess Kitty, Emily chose one that was called Wishes (or something like that) and Alexa chose one called Masquerade.
The highlight of the day for me was seeing the girls reactions to all the new and exciting things, especially the Mickey's Philharmagic show. It's a 3d show and I loved seeing the girls actually reach out and try to touch the 3d images and hear their giggles and comments as they watched the show.
Madison and Alexa ended up falling asleep while we were in line for the ride It's a small world. They took a brief nap and missed the entire ride. We stayed for the evening fireworks and by the time we made it out to the van to go home they were SO tired. Emily fell asleep before we left the parking lot. We barely got the girls to take a bath before they went to bed. I'm beat too...gonna call it a night.
I am so excited for you guys! Disney truly is a magical place! We go atleast once a week and it still has every bit of magic as the first time. I am glad you guys are having such a great time!
